Our venue is flexible depending on your event needs, however key areas that can be booked or hired are:

• Back Area
  This semi-private area at the back of the venue (behind the main bar) can hold up to 75 people, including 20 seated. It features a dart board and pool table, which can be covered if requested. This area is great for parties/events such as birthday parties or larger social gatherings. It is somewhat private as is separate from the main bar area, however it is not closed off completely.

• Main Bar Areas
  We can dedicate a section of our main bar area, which can hold 20-30 people with tables positioned together. These areas are beneath the main projector screens on either side of the venue.

• Whole Venue (Private Hire)
  You can also hire the whole of College, subject to a minimum spend. If the venue is closed to the public due to a private hire booking, a minimum spend will be discussed with management.
  

Unfortunately not. Due to our license, there are strictly no under 18s permitted on the premises.

The whole venue benefits from high-speed WiFi, a state-of-the-art sound system and screens throughout. We have projector screens available (5 projectors) - 2 large screens either side of the Main Bar area, and a projector ‘cube’ displaying 3 large screens. Every booth also has a small TV at the table (including 3 tables upstairs). The Back area is also equipped with 3 smart TVs.

Any equipment can also be hired by our range of preferred professional local suppliers, if required, to enhance your event.

We have DJs every Friday (10pm - 1am) and Saturday (9pm - 1am). The venue is also equipped to have live singers and entertainment - we also often have live musicians booked to perform at the venue. We can confirm any planned live music/entertainment for your preferred booking date upon enquiry.

The venue is located on the ground floor, with disabled toilet access in the main area of the bar. Our fire exit is located on the ground floor which leads to our outdoor garden area.

However, there are a few steps down into our Back area, so this area is not fully accessible.

A minimum spend is only required when it is a private function and the venue is closed to the public.

This minimum spend is dependant on a few different factors, such as style and size of event, and would be agreed with management upon enquiry/booking.

If the venue remains open to the public, other large bookings are free to book/reserve.

Deposits are required in two scenarios:

• When the event is a private function and the venue is closed to the public.

• When pre-ordering buffet food catering. A buffet pre-order must be made at least 5 days before the date of the booking.

All other table reservations are free and no deposit is required.

If there is something in particular that you have in mind, bespoke packages can be discussed.

Our College Club drinks promotions run Wednesday - Friday, and would be available to event bookings.
